Do you believe that making a penis larger is possible by just using your hands? Neither did I? However, after trying and using so many different methods out there and later on realizing how ineffective and unnatural they were, and then noticing that millions of men were shifting away from those crazy techniques and migrating over to natural methods, I decided to look further into it. By applying direct pressure on these areas, you will trigger cellular division. Once these cells regrow, they will regrow HUGE. All of this is NOT accomplished with pills, pumps, extenders, and surgery… and is why I am highly recommending that you avoid those methods.

2.) Second Reason – Natural & Permanent

If you decide to go with male enlargement exercises, then the two most important things you can expect (besides a larger penis of course) is that the process is 100% natural and your results will be 100% permanent, and again, this is something you can’t expect from those typical enlargement methods.

Additionally, exercises take roughly 10-15 minutes a day to do and they’re pretty simple to do, plus they are painless (just make sure you warm up by placing a warm cloth on your manhood for 5 minutes prior to exercising, and I recommend that you use a lubricant while doing them).

Now, the key thing to remember is that doing exercises is NOT some overnight miracle solution. It will take consistency and dedication on your part in order for them to work. Also, you must make sure you don’t overdo it and try and rush results as this could end up causing pain, soreness, and may even prevent growth.

Bottom line, exercises are extremely effective but 100% safe and permanent. What did they do for me? Well, I ended up gaining 2 inches to my size within 8 weeks time… permanently, and this is why I highly recommend this type of male enlargement.
