The only things you need is a good natural lubricant (to decrease friction) and you need a warm cloth (soak in warm water) to warm your penis up before beginning routines to prevent soreness. Besides that, you just need your hands… no pumps, no extenders, and no hanging weights!
What are they like?
One of the most common routines is called “jelqs”. To do this routine, firstly develop a half erection and warm up your manhood with a warm cloth soaked in warm water. Then, start off by making an O.K sign with your hand, then place your hand at the base of your penis, next slowly move your hand toward the peak and release your hand just before reaching the head. That completes 1 repetition. This exercise is done in 20-25 reps per session.
What can I expect?
What you can expect IF you choose an effective program, and IF you stay 100% consistent, is that you can be able to easily, quickly, and permanently grow an additional 1-3 inches within a couple of months.
