Have you learned any effective exercises to increase penis length? You may be bombarded by different information on the Internet. Some people offer you various techniques to get a bigger penis. You may even see books written about penis exercises. But do they really work?

Let’s look at the evidence. In the 1970s, Dr. Brian Richards did a study on the penis exercise called the Arabian Jelq. Participants in the study performed this exercise once every other day for six weeks. At the end of the study, 70% of participants saw an average increase of 1 1/2 to 2 inches in length, and 1 inch in circumference.

This exercise is effective because it breaks down the penis tissue slightly. This tissue then reforms at a larger size. It takes a few weeks to happen, but if you do the exercise correctly you do see results.

The key word here is correctly. You must maintain a semi erect penis throughout the exercise in order for it to work. If the penis becomes fully erect, the blood cannot enter properly to break down the corpus cavernosa. If the penis is flaccid, there is not enough blood to work with.

To do the exercise, start with a semi erect penis. Taking the thumb and forefinger, encircle the base of the penis. With steady pressure, push the blood from the base to the tip. Repeat for 15 minutes.

The Arabian Jelq is the most effective of the exercises to increase penis length. You can make it even more effective by combining it with penis pills. These increase the blood flow to the genital area, which makes the process quicker.
