The trick to getting the best results was found in the flexibility of the penis. A fully erect penis was not able to gain any length. Neither was a flaccid penis. A semi erect penis had the best results.

This is because there is increased blood in the area with a partial erection. Also, the blood is still free to move around. And the blood in the penis is the key to making the exercise work.

The penis is made up of a special type of tissue called the corpus cavernosa. When blood enters it, it expands. However, you can force it to expand further by pushing extra blood into it. This breaks down the tissue slightly. The body reforms the broken tissue at a larger size, and over time, this adds a few inches to the overall penis length.

To do the Jelq, you simply push the blood down the length of the penis into the head. Repeat for up to fifteen minutes. For best results, only do the exercise every other day. This will give the tissue adequate time to reform.
