What Are Penis Exercises? – What You Need to Know About Them
What are penis exercises? Some of your friends may be telling you that you can make your penis bigger with a few exercises. But do they really work? And what should you expect from them?
First of all, penis exercises are a legitimate way to get a larger penis. Back in the 1970s, a researcher named Dr. Brian Richards did a study on whether you could increase penis size with the Arabian Jelq. Jelqing was shown to increase the size of 70% of his study group an average of 1 to 2 inches in length, and 1 inch in circumference.
Now, the only problem with penis exercises is you must do them correctly. The Jelq, for instance, can only be done with a semi erect penis. The Jelq works by pushing blood into the corpus cavernosa, which breaks down the tissue, allowing it to reform at a larger size. A fully erect penis does not allow the blood to flow freely, and a flaccid penis does not have enough blood to be effective.
Also, the exercise can only be done every other day. If you do it every day, you do not allow your penis sufficient time to reform tissue, which can actually lead to shrinkage. Also, over jelqing can lead to damage of the penis, which may have to be surgically corrected.
To make the exercise even more effective, you may want to combine them with penis pills. These increase the blood flow to the penis, which gives you additional blood to work with in the exercise. However, it still works without them.
