Penis enlargement exercises have been becoming ever-more popular these days (and for good reason!) and as someone who personally used these methods I’m happy to see them overcoming gimmicky pills and devices that are so often used to scam guys out of their hard earned money. If you’ve decided to try out penis exercises, congratulations, you’re on your way to “the good life” in terms of sexual confidence… However, it is important that you get the most out of your workouts and stay safe, so I’m going to give you three tips to help you make sure that you get the results you want.

Tip 1) PROPER Warm-Ups: This is so often taught incorrectly (or not emphasized at all) and it makes me sick; properly warming up is key to making sure your workouts actually DO something. If the tissues aren’t ready to be exercised and you jump right into a workout routine, you aren’t going to see much in the way of penis enlargement results. Warm up by wrapping a warm, wet towel around your penis. Leave it there for 2-4 minutes. Afterwards, the warming sensation should cause your penis to engorge with blood slightly, you want to be at 50-60% firmness for most exercises.

Tip 2) Be Consistent… No Really: One of the biggest reasons guys get discouraged is that they don’t see penis enlargement results right away and thus rush off to the next “greatest” thing. However, if you really want to get bigger you need to dedicated yourself to spending 5-10 minutes each day exercising for at least a few weeks. By this time you should start to see some measurable difference in both length and circumference.

Tip 3) Get A Good Workout Plan: Workout guides are by far the most effective way to make sure you are safe and see massive gains from your exercises. Usually they will put together a workout for you to do each day so you know EXACTLY how to spend your time and don’t have to worry about whether you’re doing everything right or not. Plus, an exercise guide is almost always going to be cheaper than buying pills every month or dumping money on $300 devices.
