If you’ve been doing penis exercises to increase the length and the girth of your penis, you may have noticed that the head is, well, going a little neglected. Once you start gaining size in your length and girth, you may want to focus on the head in order to keep things proportional. Fortunately, it’s not that hard to do.

What you want to do is a subtle variation on the Arabian Jelq. The Jelq works by stretching and breaking down the penis tissue through forcing extra blood through the shaft. To increase the head size of your penis, you want to isolate that extra blood in the head and keep it there for a few minutes.

So, perform the Jelq like you normally would. Warm up with a warm compress, work the penis into a semi erect state, and then push blood through the penis for about fifteen minutes. Then, taking one hand, encircle the penis directly below the head. Using a controlled motion, with the other hand push blood into the head of the penis, then trap it by applying pressure with the first hand. Return to the base, and push another wave of blood up, trapping it again. Repeat about ten times, then release.

Make sure to do this with plenty of lubrication. Many men find it easiest in the shower in the morning, as testosterone levels are naturally higher at this point. Also, make sure to keep your penis semi erect. This will help the exercise work to its full potential.
