Penile Enlargement Exercises – Exercises You Can Use to Gain Inches

In the 1970s, Dr. Brian Richards did a study on the effectiveness of penis exercises, in particular, the Arabian Jelq. Over a period of several weeks, 70% of his study group gained an average of 1? to 2 inches in length and 1 inch in circumference. However, those that did the exercise incorrectly did not see the same gains.
The biggest factor in whether the exercise worked or not was the state of the erection while doing it. If the penis stayed semi-erect, the participants saw the greatest results. A fully erect or flaccid penis did not get the same results.
The exercise works by pushing blood from the root of the penis to the tip. This forces the blood into the corpus cavernosa, which causes it to stretch. Over time, the corpus cavernosa becomes able to hold more blood, allowing for longer and fuller erections.
To do the exercise, warm up with a hot water bottle over the genitals for fifteen minutes. Then, taking the thumb and first fingers, encircle the base of the penis. With gentle pressure, push blood into the tip in a controlled motion. Repeat the exercise for 15-30 minutes, and then cool down with a warm compress.
To make the exercise even more effective, you can increase the blood flow to the penis using penis pills. These have been shown to increase the blood in the genital area, which makes the exercise work much better.
