Effective Penis Exercises – Which Penis Exercises Actually Work?
Have you tried penis exercises in an attempt to enlarge your penis? You may have had mixed results. This is because not all exercises are created equal. If it starts to get too hard, stop the exercise and wait a few minutes for it to relax.
To perform the exercise, lay on your back. Take your index finger and thumb to make a circle. Starting at the base of the penis, push the blood to the tip using a slow, controlled motion. Wait a few moments, then repeat.
Continue the exercise for 15 to 30 minutes. Then, cool down using a warm compress on the genital area again.
To get the maximum results from this exercise, I would recommend using enlargement pills as well. This is because they increase the flow of the blood to the genital area, which will help you get results faster.
