Penis Exercises – How They Work to Make Your Erection Bigger

The science behind them is simple- use your hands to apply pressure to the penis in various different ways. This pressure, in turn, causes the penis to become bigger. How? Well, the exercises stress the tissues in the penis to perfection. That is, it never hurts, but it’s enough for cell division and fortification. In other words, the body builds up these tissues, which ultimately enlarges your penis. Permanently.
The two main parts of the penis are the Corpora Cavernosa and the Corpus Spongiosum. The Corpora Cavernosa are two tissue chambers. They run the entire length of your penis and become engorged with blood to produce an erection. The erection is maintained because, once they fill with blood, the blood vessel constrict at the base of the penis, thus preventing blood from leaving. Once you achieve orgasms, however, the blood vessels open back up to allow the blood to flow freely back out. Now, getting bigger involved enlarging these chambers to the point where they can retain a higher volume of blood. More blood in your penis means a bigger erection.
The Corpus Spongiosum is the rest of the penile tissue that surrounds the Corpora Cavernosa. While this exists to make up the rest of the penis, it’s main function is to prevent the urethra from being pinched shut when the two tissue chambers fill with blood.
Penis exercises will enlarge both the tissue chambers and the surrounding tissues through the use of simple, gentle stimulate applied with your hands.
Do I Have To Do Them Often?
Yes. You wouldn’t go weight lifting once and expect to wake up with massive biceps, would you? These exercises actually work, so they take some time on your part. You can begin by doing them for about ten minutes each day. As you get more comfortable and confident, however, you can do them for as long as you wish. The more often you do them, the faster you’ll see gains.
