Everyone talks a lot about how “visual” men are. The truth is that women are just as visual when it comes to penises. It is actually quite easy to enlarge your penis with penis exercises. I know because my partner did so and I watched as it grew. You just need to get yourself the right program to follow.

You want to get a program that contains video so you can see exactly how to do the exercises. You want a program that will narrow it down to the very best exercises proven through research to be most effective. You want the program to tell you exactly what order in which to do the exercises. This is something we learned in our research – that it REALLY matters what order you do the exercises in because some of the most effective advanced exercises will not work unless you do other (simple) exercises first.

Be absolutely sure that the program you follow shows you exactly how to stretch the “suspensory ligament.” This is the bundle of fibers that anchor your penis to your pubic bone. Stretching this ligament is by far the most effective penis exercise in terms of growing your penis length. Stretching this ligament allows several inches of the internal part of your penis to drop to the outside. You MUST however make sure you extend your tunica first or this very effective exercise won’t work. You also need to make absolutely sure you understand exactly how to do this exercise or you could damage your penis at its attachment point which will interfere with your erection and your ability to have sex. If you do it correctly it is perfectly safe but you need video to understand how to do this one safely.

The exercises that are aimed at adding girth absolutely must be interspersed with periods of rest. Without these periods of rest, your cavernosa cells will not be able to rebuild and they won’t grow back bigger. You also will not get any new cell growth if you don’t take the appropriate period of rest. You want the penis exercise program you use to tell you exactly how long to rest and when.

We reviewed all of the popular penis exercises programs and some of the lessor known ones. We were both surprised at how much these programs differed in quality. Most of the “programs” were not really programs at all. Instead, they were just an information “dump” where they just threw a bunch of random information at you. They did not distinguish between the exercises that have been the most effective and those that are unproven and/or don’t work well. They don’t give you specific instructions you need to do the exercises correctly or the order in which to do them.

However, we did find a few programs that did it right and one in particular was obviously the best of these, especially in providing video instruction.

A couple more important things I want to mention: penis exercise won’t just make your penis bigger. They make your penis more handsome – more muscular with a more defined head – they make it irresistible to women! Another thing that came as quite a surprise to us both was how much it increases your endurance. My guy can go for what seems like forever now and this has added a really wild element to our sex life.
