Taking enhancement pills…

Enhancement pills are prescription pills that are HEAVILY advertised all over the internet and mens magazines. Men who take these pills do so with the hopes of improving the size of their manhood (length, girth, and firmness). The way that these pills work is they will help speed up blood circulation into your penile shaft to expand it and make it grow bigger.

CONS: Many scientific studies have been conducted and the conclusion is that pills are very ineffective and are nothing more than a marketing tactic. The idea of being able to simply take a pill a day and watch your manhood magically expand to that of a porn star is EXTREMELY motivating and will make even the least gullible man susceptible to this marketing tactic. Furthermore, enhancement pills are WAY over-priced! They cost pennies to produce but yet cost hundreds of dollars… EVERY month.

Also, even though the “safer” (if you want to call it that) brands contain ingredients that are herbal, those scientific studies that were conducted also revealed that many of these pills contain dangerous contaminants (E. coli bacteria, mold, yeast, and more). The FDA also does not regulate nor has approved these pills, which then of course should raise yet another red flag considering you are ingesting these things into your body.

By the way, the pills that are made using chemical ingredients are by far the most dangerous and are the one’s I strongly recommend you don’t even consider.

PROS: The herbal pills can help speed up blood flow. With having an increase of blood flow, you can make your penis more firm and you’ll be able to maintain harder erections for longer periods of time.

However, they are ineffective at making your penis grow bigger because it’s not just an increase of blood flow you need, you also need to have the chambers of your manhood expanded as well. And there is no such thing as a pill that can cause cell regeneration of your penile chambers or strengthen your PC muscle (both of which are required in order to change the structure of a penis along with improving other areas of your manhood).

Performing penis hand exercises…

Penis hand exercises are routines that you do on your manhood to expand the chambers and ligaments of your manhood. This method is increasing in popularity due to the fact that this is the most affordable option there is, and also because many men have reported significant results doing these routines.

CONS: Although exercising your manhood is clearly the most natural way there is to grow a larger endowment (you only use your hands), doing these routines can still cause damage to your penis. The way this could happen is by:

A.) Choosing an incomplete and unprofessional penis exercise program. It’s important that the program that is chosen is proven effective, has many testimonials, and has many different exercises to do that will target every part of your manhood.

B.) Doing the routines for too long. These routines should only take 6-15 minutes to do and once a day. Doing anything past that can end up causing problems.

C.) Doing the routines with too much pressure. These exercises are to be done with gentle pressure.

The consequence of doing the routines the wrong way could lead to permanent erection problems, serious pain, discoloration, and more. If any of these things happen, I strongly recommend you stop the exercises you’re doing and see your doctor immediately.

PROS: As long as you choose the right program, you don’t do the exercises aggressively, and if you also follow the instructions from the program thoroughly, you could potentially increase your length by 1-4 inches, increase girth, make your erections firmer, last longer with intercourse, ejaculate with power, and more. Furthermore, since this method is obviously 100% natural, the results look better, feel better, there is no pain or side-effects (as long as you avoid doing what I mentioned above), and the results are permanent.

Why are all of those benefits obtained with hand exercises when other methods (such as those pills mentioned above) do not bring about complete enlargement? Well, it’s because penis exercises will target all areas of your manhood (chambers, ligaments, muscle, blood circulation) while other methods only target one particular area.

Bottom line, as you can see, clearly penis exercises is the better option out of the two. However, it still may not be for you. This method requires a lot of patience and you (in every sense of the word) MUST stay consistent with this method or results will be very minimal at best.
