There is much confusion out there about how to grow your penis. In this article, I want to cut through all this hype about penis enlargement and cut straight to the chase – I want to tell you how to grow your penis 2-3 inches (or more). Further, I want to explain why it works and how it works.
First, the most effective method of growing your penis is “penis exercise.” I put this in quotes because some of the techniques might not be what you are used to thinking of “penis exercise” if you work out at the gym. Nevertheless, it is “exercise” in the sense that it allows your penis to grow longer and wider.
I am going to describe adding to your penis length separately from adding to your penis girth. I do this for the sake of simplicity of understanding the underlying reasons it works. However, I do also want to emphasis that any one penis exercise is greatly dependent on doing other penis exercises. It is extremely important that you learn the proper order in which different exercises should be performed if you want to maximize the results and not cause injury to your penis.
Now, the most amazing results in adding penis length are coming from a penis exercise that really hasn’t been done for that long. In fact, it has only been in the last few years that it has been done on a large scale. It is actually based on one of the same concept that penis lengthening surgery is based on but WITHOUT the negative side effects – I’ll get back to this point in a moment.
You need to first understand that the penis that you see is not all of your penis. About half of your penis is actually hidden inside your body. At the base of the portion of what you can see the penis curves up inside the body and attaches to the pubic bone with a very strong bundle of fibers called the “suspensory ligament.” One of the ways men sometimes injure their penis is by yanking too hard on their penis – to the point that they actually dislodge the suspensory ligament from the pubic bone. Don’t worry – it takes a lot of force to do this but it does happen often enough that emergency room attendants know all about it!
During penis lengthening surgery, the doctor will actually cut the suspensory ligament. In doing so, the inner portion of the penis is freed and can “drop down” to the outside making the outer penis appear longer. BIG PROBLEM THOUGH – this makes the penis loose at the base and having sex with a penis that is loose at the base is VERY difficult and not much fun. The goal after surgery is for the ligament to “heal” in part and reattach to the pubic bone at a different position. However, this often doesn’t work as intended and the man is left with a disfunctioning penis for the rest of his life. In my opinion… DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT!
The new penis exercise that I spoke of above actually targets this suspensory ligament in a much safer and much more effective way than does penis lengthening surgery. Using exercises carefully designed not to dislodge the suspensory ligament or damage it in any way, the suspensory ligament is very gently stretched so that a portion of the inner penis can “drop down.” It is VERY possible with this technique to grow your penis 2 inches or more! In fact, the results are so stunning and occur so rapidly, it can shock you. The exercise is 100% safe with no negative side effects if done correctly.
Another exercise must be done beforehand to ensure that the tunica, the outer covering of the penis, is stretched appropriately and in the right places so the inner penis has a place to drop into. Think about a sausage casing. If it isn’t big enough, you can’t add more filling. Yes, this is rather simplistic analogy but it is a good analogy nevertheless.
Adding girth involves stretching this tunica as well (for the same reason) and enlarging the 2 chambers of the penis so that more blood can fill the penis during an erection. It is also about adding cells and enlarging cells in the walls of the cavernosa. This occurs by breaking down cells and letting them build back up again – the goal of many exercise programs. It is extremely important that you also take the appropriate amount of rest between exercises or you will actually prevent your penis from growing.
I should mention that some modern penis exercises, especially the ones that target penis girth, have been derived from ancient techniques like jelqing. However, they are NOT the same and they are much safer and much more effective. I’ve never understood why some men waste so much time using old techniques that aren’t very safe and will only add a tiny amount to their penis when modern techniques can produce amazing results in just a few weeks.
The best modern penis exercise program is one that uses only the most effective exercises (there are hundreds but they don’t all work very well) and shows you how to do them in the right order to maximize effectiveness. I also highly recommend programs that include video because the little details of some of these techniques are extremely important. If you can’t SEE how to do them, in many cases you will end up doing them incorrectly.
