You see, with doing natural penis exercises, there are two things that you must do in order to get results. The first is to ensure you stay 100% consistent with the exercise program you chose, and the second thing is to ensure you keep track of your progress. Consistency will bring about results quicker than you could possibly imagine (as little as 3-8 weeks). Now, keeping track of your progress is extremely important and is what I wanted to talk to you about today.

The first rule of thumb when initially measuring your penis is to ensure you are 100% honest. Don’t let pride come in the way and try to exaggerate what your starting size is. The reason why is because once you start seeing results, you’ll know for a fact that it is real and you’ll get more accurate measurements.

Now, to keep track of your penis growth, follow these tips:

1.) Be sure to have a notebook for you to write down your progress. Start off by measuring your manhood with both length and girth and record this as the first entry.

2.) It’s important to make sure you measure your manhood in both a flaccid “hanging” state and with you having a full erection. This way you’ll get an accurate viewpoint on your development.

3.) Make sure you are calm when measuring your manhood so that you can easily get your penis into either a flaccid state or full erection state.

4.) To measure for length, stand up straight and measure the length of your manhood from the side. NEVER stretch your penis, just simply hold it.

5.) To measure for girth, measure from the middle of your penile shaft.

6.) And be sure to measure from the same spots every time you do a measurement.

Now, why is measuring your manhood while doing penis exercises so important? Good question.

The reason it is so important is because there are many levels of penis exercises that you are going to have to do in order to increase the length, girth, and firmness of your penis, plus be able to improve your sexual stamina, ejaculation explosiveness, and more. In order for you to move forward to the next level, it’s important to know if you are experiencing progress from the previous levels. If not, then you’ll know that you must continue the routines in whatever level you’re on. My suggestion is to measure at least every 2 weeks.
