There are many penis enlargement techniques. The most effective among them are modern penis exercises. There has been a great deal of research in this area over the last decade. Moreover, this research is conducted by very reputable scientists and it is done in a controlled systematic way.

The most effective penis exercise that can add length to your penis – at least 2 inches (some men grow much more) – is an advanced technique that has only been available for a few years. Getting some of this “inner penis” to drop down to the outside is the key to the advanced technique.

So, using this technique you aren’t technically growing your penis – instead you are bringing a portion of your inner penis to the outside. In this way, what you normally think of as your penis – the outer portion of your penis – will “grow.” You will be able to use more of your penis for sex and penetration.

As you can see, this makes total sense. You are not expecting a magical growth trick like you have to believe in for penis pills to actually work (they do NOT work by the way). It may SEEM like a magic trick when you see the new length of your penis but in reality you are simply repositioning your anatomy.

The secret to this advanced technique involves the stretching of a ligament called the “suspensory ligament.” This is the ligament that attaches your penis to the pubic bone. Some people think of a “ligament” as a single fiber that could be fragile but this is not the case for the suspensory ligament. It is actually a very dense bundle of fibers that anchors your penis to your pubic bone very firmly. So, even though there is no bone in the actual penis, the pubic bone is still important to the normal functioning of your penis.

When men undergo penis lengthening surgery, the surgeon actually cuts this ligament so that a portion of the inner penis will come out. However, this procedure leaves a man with a “dangling” penis that is “wobbly” and almost unusable. Men have reported that sex is exceeding difficult when the penis is dangling because it is difficult to insert the penis and equally difficult to keep the penis inside the vagina during thrusting. Women report that it is very difficult to give their partner’s a blow job after this procedure. Plus, it’s just very unnatural!

By stretching (not cutting) the suspensory ligament, it remains firmly attached to the pubic bone and your penis does NOT dangle. At the same time, this stretching allows a portion of the inner penis to drop down to the outside. Men (including myself) are often shocked at the results. You can easily add 2 inches over the course of just a few weeks using this technique and the results are permanent – yes, PERMANENT. Now you also need to stretch the penis tunica in just the right way so that the inner penis has room to move to the outside.

Now, you will need very specific instructions to perform this technique right – and of course you will probably want to do other types of exercise to add some girth to your penis too. What I recommend is a complete penis exercise program. You will want one that includes video instruction so you can actually see how the exercises should be done so you can do them in exactly the right way – you want to maximize your gains and you also want to avoid doing anything that would damage your penis. You also want to make sure the program describes this very advanced technique in detail.
